At Destiny Path, we strive to provide high-quality services and courses. Due to the nature of our offerings, our refund policy is as follows:


2. Online Courses

  • Once a course is purchased and access is granted, no refund will be provided
  • In case of technical issues preventing access, we will ensure resolution or provide support

3. Consultations & Reports

  • All consultation fees are non-refundable once the service is delivered
  • If a session is cancelled by us, you will be offered:
    • Rescheduling OR
    • Full refund

4. Digital Products

  • No refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered/downloaded

5. Physical Products (if applicable)

  • Refund/replacement may be considered only if:
    • Product is damaged
    • Wrong item delivered
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos)

6. Duplicate Payments

  • In case of duplicate transactions, the extra amount will be refunded after verification

7. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days
